Did you order the wrong size? Wrong color? Did you go on a clicking frenzy and bought something you are really not too sure about or (gasp!) something you do not like? No problem!
Returns & Exchanges
- We have a 30 days return & exchange policy. All returns & exchanges must be received within 30 calendar days from delivery.
- All our orders have a tracking code, either via UPS or USPS so the date the package was delivered, as per tracking records, is considered the date the order was received.
- Regular price items can be returned for a full refund with the same method used for payment. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Regular price items can be exchanged for a different size/color/alternative version/alternative item. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Returned items must remain unwashed, unworn, unaltered and all tags must still be attached, including all care labels.
- Include your return form or exchange form (you can download this by going to My account). It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.
- If the mistake was on our end we will process the return at no extra cost to you.
- Please allow our team 2-3 business days to process your return once it is received at our facility.
- Once we receive your return/exchange we will process your refund or proceed with shipping the exchange item of your choice. Shipping costs will be added at a flat fee of USD $4.95 for all destinations in the Continental US. Gift Cards (Store Credit)
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Gift cards never expire.
- Your use of the Gift Card constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand. We try to pack and ship orders fast! If your order has not left our facility we will do our best to track it and to put it on hold or cancel it.
However, once we process your order in our facility (usually within 24-48 hours) we will be unable to make any changes to your order.
Adding Items to an Order You Just Placed
Have you ever had that moment when you’ve just submitted your order and you see a top that makes your heart stop? Well, we have. First, contact us immediately! We may be able to add the item to your existing order, but only if we have not already processed it (usually within 24-48 hours). We cannot add additional items to your order once it has been processed. If you miss that window, place a new order for that can’t miss item, and, if it is within 24-48 hours of your previous order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to ship it out with your first order or waive the shipping fee on this additional order. Just email us at email@example.com and include both order numbers in your message.
